Delivery Information
Where free delivery is quoted, it is usually by Royal Mail 2nd Class. You may elect to upgrade to a faster service, but there will be a charge for this whic will be displayed prior to final check-out. Delivery is normally 3-7 working days but we cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal service beyond our control. Some items may be sent by courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery - as a signature is normally required on delivery, we recommend you make provision for someone to be in on the anticipated day of delivery. If you register as an account holder with us, you will be able to track your delivery on-line.
Returns & Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled without penalty prior to despatch. Once despatched, we want you to be completely satisfied with our products but, in the event that you are not, we offer a 14 day no quibble returns policy. Prior to returning the item, you must contact us to obtain a returns reference number and details of our returns address. Items must be returned unopened and in a re-saleable condition and a 20% re-stocking fee may be levied at our descretion. Computer software that has be activated with a supplied key code is non-returnable. Where an item is returned as faulty, we reserve the right to 'soak test' the item - if we find it not to be faulty, you will be responsible for the return postage costs. Unfortunately we cannot refund postage costs. We recommend you use recorded delivery and obtain insurance for all returns, as proof of posting is not proof of receipt by us.
